However, after discussing with various bankers, if the best that CEO Thorsten Heins can muster is to announce job cuts, we do not see how he can turn things around. To see a CEO consult others on how to run the company is already a sign of weakness and directionless on the CEO's part.

The loss reported in the previous quater is not putting him in any better light either. Still see potential in the company, be it be a takeover or a change in management, based on its current low valuation. However, we also see more downside to come before the price really bottom out.
